Command line scripting for windows 7

Hi all, I am new to Altera and planning to have some Command line scripting (for Windows 7 ) to compile code fully from start to end. Can anybody tell me some commands for that or provide any...

You should be able to run these from the command-line by passing the script to quartus_sh.
