what is the power range for the clk input when i use sine wave for cyclone iii device?

Altera_ForumI'm not sure what you mean by 'power range'...
Do you mean the recommended operating conditions? You can find these in table 1-3 in the cyclone iii device datasheet. (http://www.altera.com/literature/hb/cyc3/cyc3_ciii52001.pdf) Ensure your clock input signal complies with the values in this table and you will be fine. Regards, Alex
