Hi,


Sorry there is no such register. May i know have you enabled JTAG secure mode along with the tamper bit set? If so, probably you can try to detect the device with a USB Blaster and see if can detect or not.


Else, you will need to try to program unencrypted bitstream to figure out which device is encrypted.

    I don't use tamper bit. I'm using an ekp file for encryption
