Certificate of Volatility *COV NEEDED*

I am looking for the Certificate of Volatility for this part:

EPM1270T144I5
MICROCIRCUIT, INSTANT-ON, NON-VOLATILE CPLD
I believe the CPLD might be made by altera. Not too sure, any and all assistance is appreciated.
