I want to do functional simulation ,but i can`t find stratix II device which i need ,why?

what are you trying to do and what exactly is the problem?- Altera_Forum
Which Quartus version are you using? I checked online, the Stratix II device is only supported up to Quartus II 13.0sp1 version.
