Can't access JTAG Chain

i am developed customized Cyclone 5 device board. In that we are using cyclone 5 devices as "5CGXFC7C6F23I7" & Configuration device has "EPCQ512". I trying to download basic program via USB Blaster. ...

Hi,

Thanks for your response.

Design is built based on the pin connection guidelines for cyclone V only. with the same design, earlier we fabricated boards & programmed through USB blaster. With the same design we re-fabricated the board & try to dump the program. We are facing this problem. We checked the all the voltage levels & assembly process also. Everything is good.

USB blaster program driver is properly installed & it detect on Quartus programmer.

kindly help me close this issue.
