Can xsvf be programmed to cycloneV

The svf file is generated from Quartus.

The xsvf file is generated from xilinx vivado.

he XSVF file is programmed via the CPU.

    Hi,

    I am sorry to tell you that I am not sure if it is able to work as it will depends if the XSVF tools you use is able to read the svf file generated using Quartus tools. We do not performed testing using the XSVF tools with SVF file.
