Can jtagconfig be made to use Jtag config file other than ~/.jtag.conf?

Hi

Can jtagconfig in Linux environment be used with a .jtag.conf file located in a place other than home directory? For example, from my user id, is there any way to run jtagconfig to add two different ethernet blasters from two different sessions and still get them both shown as attached to cable 1 in each session?
