Hi, thanks.

I tried to fill the request form on their website, but it requires a serial number, and as I'm working on this project remotely I don't have an access to the hardware.

I asked the client to check the serial number for me, but she says that the guy who was in charge of that hardware has resigned recently, and there's nobody on their side who can help me with it.

That's why I decided to ask here.
