Can 10m16scu324i7g support 16bit ddr2 ram?

Can 10m16scu324i7g support 16 bit x ddr2 ram?

Just check the pinout file of 10m16scu324, I don't see it marked the ddr2 pin as dual power supply variant. To confirm if it still support 16 bit x ddr2 ram.

    I'm Adzim. Thank you for posting your question in Intel Community.

    According to the MAX10 Overview doc, the Dual Supply device can support the 16 bit + 8 bit ECC feature.

    But I think you're using the Single Supply device which is the external memory interface of 16 bit feature is not supported.
