Can´t connect to our network licence with QuartusII

Hello, we using a floating network-licence on a Win2k8Server. The Flexlm works fine with our licence. But we can´t connect QuartusII Software, installed on workstation(WinXP), to our licenceserve...

we have inside this box the complete path where the used Licence.dat is stored on the server. f.e. "Q:\Altera\Licence.dat"

inside the Licence.dat the first 4 lines :

SERVER MyServerName *MyNICID_MAC* 1800

VENDOR alterad C:\FlexLM\alterad.exe

VENDOR mgcld C:\FlexLM\mgcld.exe

USE_SERVER

FlexLM is stored as you can see on Drive C of the Server and executed there.

Have you tried the lmutil lmdiag to check the connection between you pc and the server that holds the licence ?
