C2H Unable to open connection script

I'm optimizing my code with C2H compiler, but I failed to complete the process, niosii EDS gives the following errors:

...

error: unable to open connection script /tmp/testc2h/accelerator_c2htest_do_dma_connections.tcl for reading

...

I'm using quartus 9.0 for Linux suite.

Can anyone tell me how to resolve it? Thanks
