byteblaster2

Hello,

I need to help by choosen the right driver for the byteblaster II schematic:

(altera page byteblaster2)

watch at page 18,

I have any questions about the driver, is this driver a non-inverting tri state buffer or not?

I want to configure a cyclon2 in active serial mode and I have input/output voltage of 3.3Volts. if it a iverting tri state buffer can I use an 74lvc244 to configure the cyclone2 in active serial mode?
