Bypass capacitors layout for CycloneV 5CGXFC5F6M11

Question

Hi everybody,

I've placed CycloneV 5CGXFC5F6M11 (MBGA, 301pin, 11mmx11mm) on the Component Side of the PCB.

I want to place the bypass capacitors on the Print Side .

1). Do you have an example with MBGA-301 layout?

2). Which capacitor case (0201,0402 etc.) do you recommend for Bypass capacitors?

3).What is recommended Bypass capacitance for MBGA-301?

4).What is a recommended capacitance for VCC_AUX,VCC,VVPD etc?
