you may try either busybox 1.1.0 or 1.2.0 .

You will have to patch Makefile of busybox, add elf2flt ldflags to busybox_unstripped.

-Wl,-elf2flt="-s 16000" -Wl,-v -Wl,-d

remove the busybox_unstripped and busybox elf obj and make again
