buildroot to build toolchain on Linux

It is easy to compile a simple program, as pointed out by leonqin and tschmelcher.

nios2-linux-uclibc-gcc hello.c -o hello -elf2flt

The copy hello to ~/rootfs/bin, and rebuild kernel image for initramfs.
