Building U-Boot and kernel

I want to build the U-Boot and kernel for Macnica Helio board, so I want to ask whether all the boards in RocketBoards.org share the same source code? i.e I can just git clone the u-boot-socfpga.git tree, issue a "make socfpga_cyclone5", then the generated SPL and U-Boot are bootable on the Helio?
