Beginner of FPGA board with cyclone EP1C3T100C8N

Hi everyone,

I am a new user of this fourem and FPGA.

I have recently bought one with cyclone EP1C3T100C8N and downloaded quartus ii 13.1 , here is the problem:cry:,

I found that quartus ii 13.1 is not compitable with EP1C3T100C8N, therefore i couldnt do any programming.

my laptop is window 7. I tried to find some lower version of quartus ii. However, i couldn't find any which is suitable.

What can i do? Anyone can help me? I will appreciate that. Thank you
