arriaII GX DDR3 ODT drive strength (altmemphy)

I user DDR3 controller(altmemphy) for frame buffer in QSYS.

it is esasy to make HD-SDI video system in Arria II GX eva board by using QSYS.

But I dont know the detail of DDR3 setting.

I have to simulate DDR3 board now.

ANd I have to know the ODT value(50ohm?) and dirve strength(8mA?) of FPGA controller and DDR3 memory.

I think those are set by the command.

Do I have the way to know those?

What kind of setting is done by altmemphy?

I have more question.I think DDR3 (use in ArriaII GX) needs the on board termination(connect to VTT).

And I think setting of ODT of memory and controller(FPGA) isn't necessary.

And FPGA drive strength is set by pin planner (for example 8mA).

Is this right?

There are 40ohm and 34ohm for drive impedance of DDR3.

I use altmemphy now.

Which price does altmemphy choose( 40ohm or 34ohm )?
