Arria10 FIT/MTBF

Hello,

I am looking for FIT/MTBF values for 10AX027H4F34E3SG and 10AX032H4F34I3SG.

I already had a look into the Resource & Documentation Center, but there I can only find Documents for Stratix10 and Agilex7.
