ARRIA10 : How to infer in HDL code a M20K memory with its Hard ECC ?

Hello, I am uing ARRIA10 FPGA in my design. Is it possible to infer (not instanciate a hard block) a memory M20K with its hard ECC ? I wouldl like to not have any instanciation of any hard block in my HDL code. is it possible ? Daniel.

    I don't see how ECC would be described in HDL to allow inference. Hardly possible.
