デバイス型名:10AX066H4F34I3SGL 各電源電圧が推奨値内で、電源投入後から徐々に 電流値が増える症状(熱暴走的な)が発生。 基板2枚中1枚のみ発生。 FPGAのロジックは正常に動作している。 どのようなメカニズムで発生しているのか?原因はなにか?

Did you mean that the device's temperature is rapidly increases uncontrollably?


If yes, it can be from the heat generates by the device can't dissipate well leading to a rapid increase in temperature. As the temperature increases, the resistance of the FPGA's components may change.
