Arria 10 SoC 10AS016 IO level

This series doesn't support 3.3V of IO . Instead of 3.3V , it supports 3V . Can we still connect the 3.3V signal to FPGA and does it capable of driving 3.3V ?​

As per intel Arria 10 Datasheet recommendation it should be 3.15V (max). The IO Voltage is beyond the max value mentioned in the datasheet, Intel will not guarantee the proper working for the IO functions.
