7 years agoI believe you are talking about VCCIO supply , if so .. , it is not recommended to use the 3.3V on this rails as per datasheet. you can connect these pins to 1.2V, 1.25V, 1.35V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, or 3.0V supplies, depending on the I/O standard required by the specified bank..

7 years agoIF we have the device which supports only 3.3V , can we still connect these device IO to FPGA with VCCIO 3.0 V ? Is it is 3.3V tolerant ?
