Arria 10 IBIS zip file from here is not extarcted

I need an IBIS AMI model for Arria 10. I have downloaded from here : https://www.altera.com/support/support-resources/download/board-layout-test/hspice.html

two zip files and non of them can be extracted om my PC. I have also downloaded from here :https://www.altera.com/support/support-resources/download/board-layout-test/ibis/ibs-ibis_index.html and the same problem appears.

Where can I get a good and fixed Arria 10 AMI IBIS file ?
