Arria 10 GX otsu not working

I am facing problem with loading bitstream onto my Arria 10 GX PAC whereas it is working with the latest opae 1.2.1 it shows fpgainfo fpga but the problem is that it showing the fw version as unavail...

I am able to observed the same thing. I am working internally to see if we are able to recover the package file.
