Arria 10 GX otsu not working

I am facing problem with loading bitstream onto my Arria 10 GX PAC whereas it is working with the latest opae 1.2.1 it shows fpgainfo fpga but the problem is that it showing the fw version as unavail...

Sorry i am new to upgrading acceleration stacks so i just want to confirm that i need to install the 1.2 stack version (its the only one i can see in the archive) and then upgrade it to 1.2 and then install the 1.2.1 acceleration stack
