Are there any tutorial or examples about JAM/STAPL?

I'm trying do a boundary scan on altera FPGA with some device.

My test plan is about interconnection of devices and function test of ic.

I choose JAM/STAPL as high-level test script and try to write it manually.

But I found that examples or tutorials of JAM/STAPL is very rare on the internet.

Does anybody know good examples or tutorials?

Or the test patterns are all generated by ATGP now?
