Are there any one-time user-programmable fuses in Arria 10, similar to the bits that used to be available via the ALTOTP atom on older devices (or the EFUSE bits on Xilinx devices)?

Hi MAdel,The ALTOTP IP is only supported for ASIC (Hardcopy devices). The OTP fuse in Arria 10 device has a different purpose from the ALTOTP IP in ASIC (Hardcopy devices).  The OTP fuses main function in Arria 10 device is for design security purpose and not to program unique ID/code purpose.
