ALTGX for Stratix IV

Hi ,

I am trying to use ALTGX on Stratix IV as PCIE PHY for x1 Gen2 .

Do I need to use the Reconfig to control rateswitch input to GX or I can directly use piperate from PCIE controller to control the switch .
