Alternate for EPM7128SQC100-15N

No direct replacement from Intel/Altera. They EOLed that series.

Check out the Atmel/Microchip ATF1508AS series part, still in production, a direct replacement.

There are -10 and -15 speed grades in the QC100 / QU100 package codes, which is the PQFP100 package.

With the Microchip POF2JED tool you can convert your Altera .POF file to a .JED file to program the part with your code.
