Altera s4_pcie_devkit_revb PC board

altera s4_pcie_devkit_revb pc board I tried to calculate the impedance control trace on the top, but It seems hard to get 100 Ohms for the differential trace lines 7.75width/6.25gap.

Which tool do they use to calculate the impedance? Did I miss some tricks for this calculation.
