Altera plastic "QFP Carrier" - Source to Purchase ?

Hi Folks,

I have a need to order around (x200) pieces or more of the various QFP Plastic Chip Carriers for some older Altera MAX 9000 QFP-208 Pin components.

Reason being is that the Programming adapter I have for the Altera MPU, requires the component to be placed in one of these Plastic "qfp carriers".

The Following Altera Datasheet makes reference to these "qfp carriers" (Pages 2 & 3) :

however it only has the Ordering info for the "development socket" version.

Which is not what I'm looking for. I just need the standard Plastic Altera "QFP carriers".

I'm wondering If I can order these from Altera directly somehow?

and if so does anyone know the part number?
