Altera Monitor Error

Hi everyone;

My problem;

When i use HAL drivers with project, Altera Monitor program says nios2-bsp-create-settings failed at compile&download stage.

But simple programs without HAL's it works, no error.

What is the problem, Could you help me ? I attach screen too.
