Regular ContributorCheck out the Microchip/Atmel ATF15xx series. They offer a conversion utility from Altera POF to JED files to program their devices.

According to Microchip the ATF1508ASV-A100 (current production device) replaces the EPM3128ATC100 and is supported by POF2JED
