Altera MAX3000 series

Is there a pin to pin replacement of the end of life Altera MAX3000 series, EPM3128ATC100-10N to be more precise?

​So there is MAX 2, 5, and 10. Which one would be easiest to replace the MAX3000 with? This is a medical application so no more obsolete stuff in 15-20 years from now….
