Altera MAX3000 series

Is there a pin to pin replacement of the end of life Altera MAX3000 series, EPM3128ATC100-10N to be more precise?

You may refer to the PDN1709 for more information. https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/pcn/pdn1709.pdf There is no direct drop in replacement for the obsolete Max 3000A device.
