Altera Installer for Windows

Where exactly does one find this? I'm trying to create an automated install Quartus. Based on my readings of the Installation and Licensing manual, I would require to either use the self extra...

Okay, maybe not. None of the command lines from the installing software with self-extracting installers work either. Regardless of what command line I use, I get the GUI for the unzip.

Either I'm completely lost, or the documentation in the KB thus far is pretty worthless.
