Altera FFT IP core 9.1 problems

I have got some pros with the FFT IP core,I input the sine wave from a ADC,inside the FPGA ,I used the FFT IP core, but the result is what we expected, it seems that all the output are noises, I think the timing of the core is quite right ,how could it be this? Plz hlp me!
