Altera DE4 + DSL DDR2 800 1GB CL6

Hi to all,

I have an Altera DE4 Development and Education Board equipped with this RAM module: "DSL DDR2 800 1GB CL6".

Could someone help me to set the RAM parameters and pins in the SOPC Builder (Quartus II 11.0sp1 (64-bit))?

    Look at the actual ram chips on the module.

    Then look at the datasheet for the specific devices.

    For the pins. Look at the schematic for the DE4.

    I know TerASIC has an example project for the DE4 that uses the ram module. That's a great place to start looking as well.

    I searched the datasheet on internet but without success, so I wrote an e-mail to the manufacturer to ask for it. I will try to follow your advice and let you know.
