Altera DE4 + DSL DDR2 800 1GB CL6

Look at the actual ram chips on the module.

Then look at the datasheet for the specific devices.

For the pins. Look at the schematic for the DE4.

I know TerASIC has an example project for the DE4 that uses the ram module. That's a great place to start looking as well.
