altera.com problems?

I'm having problems downloading Quartus from altera.com. Are Intel having problems with their site?

Does anybody have a direct link (without going through the possibly broken javascript) to the Quartus-17.0.2.602-linux-complete.tar on altera.com?

    Also clicking on the "Buy evaluation kits now" on the Cyclone 10 LP page results in

    "UNDER MAINTENANCE - Oops, looks like something went wrong with your request. We are sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. Please check the URL or check back later."

    I've found that trying a different browser or clearing my cache may help.

    I've used both firefox and chrome on two different computers. Both Linux though.
