Allegro Design Entry HDL Symbol for Cyclone IV

Hi There,

Does anyone know where I can find the Concept HDL Symbol for Cyclone IV. I don't seem to find it anywhere in the Altera's website.

I checked this link, but they only have it for Cyclone I,II & III. And I don't have a PCB_Librarian_Expert licence for Cadence to create one from scratch.
