Agillex F-tile support 8/10b encoding  at PMA direct phy interface

Is the Agillex F-tile support 8/10b encoding at PMA direct phy interface ? I need to connect Cyclon10GX with 8b/10b encoding to Agillex F-tile AGFB027R24C2E2VR0. Please advise. Thanks,

thanks , sorry it should be done by vhdl IP block embedded in the VHDL design ?
