Agilex5のJTAGコンフィギュレーションモードで起動した場合のSDM_IO0~16の状態について

Agilex5をJTAGコンフィギュレーションモードで起動した場合のSDM_IO0~16の状態について教えてください。

「Device Configuration User Guide: Agilex™ 5 FPGAs and SoCs」の「3.2.6.1. Programming Serial Flash Devices using the AS Interface」において、「AS_CLK, AS_nRST,AS_DATA0-AS_DATA3, and AS_nCSO0-AS_nCSO3」はtristatesとなると記述がありますが、プルアップ抵抗/プルダウン抵抗の有無、およびほかのSDM_IOの状態も教えてください。

    Hi HI51,


    In JTAG configuration mode, SDM_IO0–16 are not active. The AS interface pins (AS_CLK, AS_nRST, AS_DATA[3:0], AS_nCSO[3:0]) go to tristate with internal weak pull-ups to VCCIO_SDM. Other SDM_IO pins are also tristated with weak pull-ups. No external pull-downs are required.
