    Hi,


    I saw that you have access to Intel IPS account. Please open an IPS for this case as you will be assist by our CQE team for the reliability data. Also, please have CNDA from customer as the data will require CNDA between customer and Intel. Without CNDA, the reliability data will not be shared as it is confidential.
