Agilex Early Power Estimator availability?

Hi all,

I'm eager to try out Agilex to alleviate some of the thermal problems I have preventing a Stratix 10 design from going to production. Has anyone heard when EPE will be available for Agilex? They usually publish this when silicon ships (and it seems to be shipping as of early Oct).
