AEQ and Stratix IV GX with speed grade 4

When configuration ALT GX iP,

The option "Enable Adaptative equalizer control " in " Dynamic Reconfiguration Settings" is OK with speed grade 2,3, but

disappears with choice of speed grade 4.

Why?

It is not possible to user "AEQ" with speed grade 4?

    Is your observation in occur at the ALTGX GUI? Probably some screenshots will be helpful.
