Hi,


This is to let you know that the FACR has been approved with ID CI2511-9155. By right, you should have received the confirmation email. Kindly be noted that only four devices were approved to be send to Factory. Please double check device that were approved and only send those four.


Also, kindly share the tracking number in here once the device has been shipped.


I will send you separate forum email for another information regarding this RMA, just FYI.

Can you share me up front the shipping address, or any forwarder info, or any shipment info ?
