Honored Contributormmmmm, ok, here is the link for terasic trdb_ltm module data sheet,
http://www.terasic.com.tw/attachment/archive/213/trdb_ltm_userguide.pdf In page 30 you can find "Register map of the LCD Driver IC" here is the register description for brightness and gamma curve. Compare with alt_tpo_lcd_init function in alt_tpo_lcd.c from example.
